Two new retreat opportunities!!
Check out the links below. We have one in California happening in October of 2024. Matt and Amber from LaFerme in Alex will be our personal chefs all week and Jessica D from Vital Fit in Alexandria will be helping with some fitness sessions.

Our second retreat is year 2 at the Feather Leaf Inn in St. Croix USVI. It was an incredible experience last year and is a great opportunity for those that want to embark on this adventure while experiencing the Carribean.

Blood sugars 101. Previously I posted about possibly doing an in person course on blood sugars. Due to time constraints, COVID surges and difficulty finding dates that work for all - we decided to do a 10 day video series that will be delivered to your email daily. It will consist of daily videos abut 5-10 minutes long diving a little into blood sugars to see if this is something that may be affecting you or your loved ones.
