Oh my gosh, this was so good and so easy. perfect comfort for for this freezing weather!!! The sauce was double the amount for one package of papadalle, so I was able to freeze the other half.

Tired but wired? Up in the middle of the night with your brain running? Exhausted in the afternoon, but can't fall asleep at night? Craving sugar and carbs?

These are all signs of adrenal fatigue and there are some really easy steps to reset and help you get back in a normal ryrhm.

My 2026 goal is to take better care of my whole self. mental and physical and I am starting by tackling my adrenals and trying to regulate my cortisol levels. This involves more moderate work outs, better whole diet and making better lifestyle choices with screens.

Hello Friends! Look at the extra meat I've saved by opting for an untrimmed beef tenderloin at just $21.97/lb instead of the trimmed version priced around $32/lb! I've turned some into delectable steak bites and the rest is destined for a mouthwatering beef stroganoff. Plus, our beef tenderloin is trimmed and safely stored in the freezer, awaiting its grand debut on Christmas Eve.
