Vitalistic Health Spa is looking for a professional, organized, and client-focused Spa Coordinator to join our team.

This is a key position in our spa. The Spa Coordinator helps create a smooth, welcoming, and elevated experience for every client while keeping the daily operations of the spa running efficiently.

This role includes:
✨ Managing appointment scheduling and client communication

✨ Greeting clients and creating a welcoming environment

✨ Coordinating service flow between providers

✨ Maintaining organization and cleanliness in the spa

✨ Supporting daily operations and team communication

Our ideal candidate is someone who:
