I’m often asked why I dont reccomend dissolving after 3 sessions of lip filler( which i think is silly😂 and dangerous ‼️ ) and here’s why 👇

✨ Your first lip filler appointment is usually the foundation
The initial syringe is meant to restore structure, hydration, and balance—not create the final result.

✨ Lip filler is a process, not a one-time treatment
Most patients don’t see their true desired shape until their 2nd or 3rd session, once a base has been established and the product has integrated with your tissue.

✨ Dissolving isn’t risk-free
Hyaluronidase can break down both filler and your natural hyaluronic acid, which may temporarily affect texture, volume, and skin quality.

✨ I only recommend dissolving when medically necessary
Examples include:
• Vascular compromise
• Persistent pain or compromised circulation
• Significant asymmetry that cannot be corrected safely (migration)
• Infection or inflammatory reactions

✨ Patience = better, safer results
Swelling, tissue stretch, and integration all take time. What looks “off” early on often improves significantly as healing occurs, like bumps.

✨ My goal is long-term lip health
Slow, conservative treatments lead to more natural, safer, and longer-lasting results than frequent removal and restarting.
