Yoga with Kaleena

Yoga with Kaleena Hatha Flow classes aim to find a balance between mind, body, and spirit through the physical aspects of yoga.

Classes to renew the mind, body and spirit through asana, breathwork, meditation and mindfulness practices. 500hr.Yoga Teacher/500hr.Registered Meditation Teacher/Certified Kids Yoga/Certified Yin Teacher/Certified Breathwork Facilitator/Reiki L2 These classes include breath work, flow sequences, and asanas for strength and flexibility. Includes a strong focus on breath and mindful awareness. Yin Yoga/Floor Yoga Blend is a floor based class that incorporates gentle yoga and yin yoga. Yin involves holding postures for 3-5 minutes to target the deep connective tissues between the muscles and the fascia throughout the body. This class is an invitation to get quiet and slow down. Group Meditation Session includes mindful warmups, breathwork (pranayama) , guided meditation, and seated silent meditation. Practicing with others can help deepen your practice. Restorative Yoga for Stress and Anxiety incorporates restorative postures (supported postures using no muscular effort held for 5-10minutes, calming pranayama, mudras and guided meditation all targeted to alleviate stress and anxiety. Weighted sandbags are used to enhance the relaxation experience.
