May 7th Healing Circle-donation
With the healing circle I would like for you to bring a picture of a loved one that you would like to send healing to. We will do a guided meditation visualization. We will use crystals to energize the personalized intentional healing to each person and situation. This is not the same as Monday night Meditation. This is designed for specific healing.

Last night was our first yoga class! It went well... the fed back was wonderful. Vinyasa is the style that Rachael does.. come check it out this month! Tuesday nights 7pm. Yoga Nidra is in the works!

First, Thank you for taking the time to open the email.. I know we all can not stand ALL of the emails but I wanted to make sure you all knew what was happening.

I updated and changed a couple of the descriptions and offerings on the website. New!! email your question 3 card spread. And if you have no idea what you need get a free 15 minute consult call, please check it out.

We are going to drop in with some breath-work and then slip into a healing trance with the penetrating frequencies of sound healing

What is happening.... We have a few new things coming up!

We have The usual Monday Night Meditation, Development classes on Wed and Thursday nights.
* Jonathan is having the Saturday evening Reiki Share 7pm on the 22nd.
*On the 29th We will have Rachel doing sound bowl meditation. 7pm 35$ exchange.
Space is limited so please reserve your spot!

*On the 30th We will have 2 sessions "Unplug and Tune into you" $25
** The first session at 10am-Noon is sold out, the second session at 12:30-2 was added and quickly only has 3 spots remaining.
