I'm resharing this post because I've had this conversation repeatedly in recent weeks. We keep putting ourselves behind everything else. It's a consistent pattern that we keep looping our way through. It's not sustainable. I don't care what means self-care to you. Take some time and invest in yourself. I’ve been a massage therapist for 15 years. My hands have helped people in many different ways. Today a client blessed my hands with a traditional Greek phrase: “Geia sta heria sou” (Γεια στα χέρια σου).
I am pleased and honored.
Another client invited me to move to Pennsylvania. Now I can add PA to the list of locations I’ve been invited to work. So far, the farthest I’ve been offered is Germany.

Savings Opportunities
Hello and Happy Holiday Season!
This year I’d like to celebrate new/old adventures with all of my new and returning clients. To show my gratitude for your continued support, I’ve decided to offer memberships as a way of saving you a little extra money. These memberships renew yearly, and there is no limit to the number of sessions you receive under them. They do not automatically renew, so there are no surprise charges. Here are the details:

A Moderate Savings membership comes with a 7.5% discount on all sessions and a moderate yearly fee of $50. This discount does not apply to gift certificate purchases or Reiki training.

A Mid-Level Savings membership allows a discount of 10% on sessions, with a yearly fee of $75. This discount does not apply to gift certificate purchases or Reiki training.

A Maximum Savings membership offers a 12.5% discount on all sessions. There is a yearly fee of $100. This discount does not apply to gift certificate purchases or Reiki training.

Tomorrow (10/18) I will be doing chair massage at the Habitat for Humanity’s Fall Festival from 10-3. Come out to the Gloucester Restore and help support a great cause. A portion of proceeds will be donated to the organization.

My sweet (sometimes) Freyja has been doing a great job holding me down while I heal from a concussion. I’m not completely healed yet, but I’m mostly functional. I was able to work today, and was quite pleased to find that my client is 34 weeks pregnant. Have mentioned how much I love prenatal massage? 😻🤰👶
