TRX has no boundaries…all exercises can be modified or enhanced for you to get the perfect workout! If you haven’t tried it yet, come check it out! Classes offered at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesdays and 6:00 a.m. on Fridays! Classes are included with your Choice membership!
