Our Story
I want two things in my life; peace and truth. I assume most people would like that as well. What is causing you the most stress in your life? We cannot change anyone else but the good news is that we can change ourselves. Power comes from understanding that we have choice about our beliefs and our actions. You can learn what is stopping you from having peace in your life and then how to obtain it. In practice for the last 40 years, I specialize in anxiety disorders, relationships and sexual abuse (men and women). I will teach you to fish so that you have the tools to create peace and the life you want. My philosophy is to do what works. My style is eclectic. If you think nothing can change, call me. Half of my practice is via Skype/phone. My office is serene. I am most often described as humorous, warm, interactive and extremely effective. I specialize in anxiety and trauma (abuse), depression and relationships; individual and couples.
