🌿 Clothing Swap: Spring Edition! 👚♻️

Join us for a Clothing Swap hosted by Stellar Fitness & Health! Refresh your wardrobe, support a great cause, and help reduce waste!

📅 Date: Sunday, April 6th
⏰ Time: 10AM - 2PM
📍 Location: 261/263 Main Street, Gloucester (Stellar Fitness & Health)

How It Works:
✔️ Donate: Drop off clean, gently used clothing, shoes, bags & accessories between 3/24 - 4/5 (M-F 7AM-5PM, Sat 9AM-11AM). Women’s, Men’s and Children’s clothing accepted!
✔️ Swap: Day of the event- $5 entry fee gets you a canvas tote bag to fill with new-to-you items.
✔️ Win! Entry also includes a raffle ticket for a Basket of Wellness Goodies + SF&H Gift Certificate. Additional raffle tickets available: $5 for 1 or $20 for 5.
✔️ Give Back: Proceeds go to Younity Youth Organization, and we’re collecting gift cards for those in need. Leftover clothing will be donated to Second Glance.

Come shop sustainably, give back to the community, and find some amazing new-to-you fashion pieces! 💛

This is an all levels circuit style workout that combines classic resistance training with a fun, supportive group environment. Each session features a series of exercises, utilizing a variety of gym equipment that targets every major muscle group.

Hot Pilates is a full body workout combining the basic Pilates principles with the sweat and muscle toning of a hot Yoga class. This is a high intensity but low impact class and can be modified for all levels!

Presented by Sheela Zerilli, DPT who has over 15 years experience in sports rehab and performance.

WHEN: Thursday nights 5-6pm starting 11/7/2024

WHERE: Stellar Fitness & Health located at 261 and 263 Main st. In Gloucester MA

WHO: Teens and Preteens grades 6-8

COST: Drop-in (single class) $20, 3 pack series $50, full 6 week series $90.

We are starting a new series called Craft Your Core!

Do you love working out and being crafty?! Here’s the perfect way to blend the two!

Begins with a 30 minute express Core workout where you will leave feeling a lovely burn in your abs!

Followed by a 90 Minute workshop on Textured Paintings! All the supplies you will need will be included, come with a yoga mat and a smile! Leave feeling strong and creative 🙌
