Shore Balance Yoga We moved! Dr. Sara Smith offers 1:1 Mentoring, Online Courses, and Living from the Core Membership. (*at least 8 people for requested group classes).

Dr. Sara Smith is an avid believer in the power of yoga, mindfulness practice, breathing techniques and healthy habit change. Powered with her simple and effective techniques, she is deeply passionate about assisting others in finding the optimal health for themselves, their family, their community and world! She readily incorporates these into her physical therapy and yoga practices. As a Physical Therapist, Sara works with a variety of orthopedic conditions, but specializes in women/men's pelvic health as well as chronic pain management using a WHOLE person approach. She has lead Hatha yoga classes and workshops to the Eastern Shore of Virginia community since 2011. Sara is expanding her offerings to clients by becoming certified as a health and wellness coach in the Transformational Coaching Model and is currently accepting new clients. Sara offers Yoga Workshops and is available for group yoga classes upon request! Currently there are no weekly group yoga classes being offered.
