F*ck or Suck? πŸ₯”πŸ§€πŸ— Stuffed Potato Bombs SUPER F*CKS ARE ON! I have done a similar one to this before but I so many of you guys sent me this, so here it is! The glad wrap is such a hack and these turned out fantastic in cooked in the air fryer! πŸ‘¨β€πŸ³ Ingredients (makes 2): βœ… 600g peeled potatoes (21 oz) βœ… 2 tbsp melted butter (28 g / 1 oz) βœ… 40g plain flour (1.4 oz / β…“ cup) βœ… 60g light mozzarella (2.1 oz) βœ… 80g shredded chicken breast (2.8 oz) βœ… 15g peri BBQ sauce (0.5 oz / 1 tbsp) βœ… 5g olive oil spray (1 tsp / 0.17 oz) πŸ”₯ Method: 1. Peel and boil potatoes until soft, then drain and mash 2. Add butter and flour, mix with a fork then hands until smooth, form a large ball 3. Lay out cling film, drizzle with olive oil 4. Press potato ball flat into a large circle 5. Add mozzarella, chicken and BBQ sauce to the centre 6. Use cling film to roll potato over filling, sealing edges 7. Air fry at 240Β°C / 460Β°F for 7–8 mins each side, turning halfway 8.
