Today I'm reflecting on the use of props in yoga. Sometimes I use props to make a pose accessible. But often, I use props to position your body such that you can work on a fuller expression of a pose. Props can make a pose more challenging! or make a pose less risky. Bring your props to class! I recommend 2 blocks and a strap. A blanket can make poses more comfortable.
