Whether it is big or small. Gratitude is made up of, awareness, acknowledgement, and appreciation.

*Awareness β€” Noticing what you appreciate.
*Acknowledgment β€” Recognizing that this good thing came from outside yourself (a person, life, a moment).
*Appreciation β€” Letting yourself feel thankful for it.

Gratitude isn’t just an emotion; it’s also a mindset and a habit. Practicing it regularly can increase happiness, reduce stress, strengthen relationships, and help you focus on what’s going on that’s positive.

I have done 106 entries with 100 day streak..

I love this app as you can add a picture each day too., It keeps track of the most frequent words and entries so you are able to focus on what’s going trends are bringing you most joy and gratitude.
