M Theory Yoga is a beautiful and modern Vinyasa Yoga Studio based in Ridgeland, MS. We offer a variety of heated Vinyasa yoga classes to promote balance in our mind, body, and spirit. At our facility, we offer a spacious lobby full of the latest active apparel, a relaxing sitting room to enjoy before or after classes, and beautiful showers and vanities for your connivence. All of our instructors are Yoga Alliance certified, and we welcome you to our yogi family.

Exciting news! A new yoga studio with some of your favorite teachers is now open in Ridgeland! The Yoga Collective! The studio is located inside CrossFit 601. Class offerings will be diverse for all levels, including vinyasa flows and restorative practices such as Yin.

There are several membership options, including an annual membership. And we are offering a Founders special with unlimited yoga for the first 3 months (January-March) at $99 per month for those who sign by January 31st, 2024, to get the Founder special pricing.

After January 31st our unlimited membership will be $125 per month.

The familiar faces joining The Yoga Collective are Seena, Avery, Jennifer, Julianne, Ashley, Erica, Morgan, Morah, Cayme, Lauren, Katherine, and Craig! Our new teachers are Jessica Reichert and Scotta Brady!

To our M Theory Yoga community,

It is with heavy hearts that we inform you that M Theory Yoga will close its doors on Monday, August 14. We did not reach this decision without careful consideration and the utmost care for you, our loyal members. Words cannot express how grateful we are for your dedication to M Theory, the life you’ve brought into our studio over the last eight years, and the beautiful community we’ve built in the process.

As we know, there is a season for everything, and we recognize that M Theory’s season is drawing to a close - at least for the time being. Please know that this is not goodbye forever, as we may open the studio again in the future.

After careful consideration, though, for now this is the best course of action. Here are a few items to know between now and August 14:

- All billing will cease, effective immediately

- If you are a current member, you are welcome to continue taking classes through August 14

- For new students and non-members, all classes are open for a $10 drop-in fee

- All boutique items are 50% off

We encourage you to connect with our teachers for opportunities to continue taking their classes.

Thank you, again, for these eight, beautiful years. We hope to see you in class between now and August 14.
