We’re Hiring: Behavior Specialist at Beverly Farm!
Beverly Farm Foundation is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Specialist to join our team in Godfrey, IL.
In this full-time role, you’ll support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities by providing behavioral assessments, developing and monitoring behavior support plans, collaborating with psychiatry and interdisciplinary teams, and helping residents thrive through evidence-based, person-centered care.
What You’ll Do:
• Complete annual assessments and behavior plans
• Monitor progress for individuals receiving psychotropic medications
• Support psychiatric care coordination
• Provide staff training and in-services
• Participate in Human Rights and Behavior Management Committees
• Offer social/emotional support as needed
What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology
• Experience in behavior intervention or behavior management preferred
• Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills
• Comfort working in a dynamic environment with a diverse team
