PSA 📣

Tissues need load to heal & if your PT is not loading you up with real weight (not those tiny pastel dumbbells) then it may be time to look elsewhere.

I'm not going to pigeon hole every diagnosis and treatment into this - but the research & our experience shows - if you aren't loading tissues appropriately you're not getting the most out of your rehab, thus risking re-injury.

It is rare to have a family function or evening with friends where the needles don't make their way out.
I can't help but want to utilize dry needling to provide *typically* quick pain relief while restoring mobility and function. & I always follow it up with education and a few exercises to make the most of the session!
