💖 Nuture your soul & let the tension in your body melt away🔥What better way to love yourself than to release, surrender & open your heart to a fresh start. ❤️‍🔥

Join us for this 90 minute restorative Yoga workshop where you will receive a gentle massage in each pose from Sandra B. LMT of over 20 years! 💆

You will be led into a few different restorative poses targeted to open all sides of your heart as Sandra performs myofascial release and assisted stretching on you in each pose. You will also have the option of hot stones and a warm pack. 🧖

Doesn't that just sound exquisite?👌🏼

Note, Sandra will be working around the room on the other students as well. You will receive about a minute of massage in each pose then you will enjoy the hot stone and the warm pack as you lay in stillness. 🫠

Amy (your Yoga teacher) will be there to help assist but will not be performing the manual therapy.

Make time to do something nurturing for yourself, especially if it feels like you don't have the time! Allow your body to release the tension of physical and emotional holding patterns. Let the callus around your heart melt away. You will feel yourself become lighter and clearer to open your soul to the goodness of the world, with a fresh beginning. Find self love within and you will see the love all around you. 💞

Release tension & heal your system ✨ Your cells bathe in fluid within your body 🌊 Clean the water and eliminate toxins 🦠

Lymphatic drainage helps to super boost your healing to increasing circulation of the extra cellular fluid. All of our cells bathe in fluid everywhere in our body. When our cells die they get moved into the lymph ducts to be eliminated via this fluid. 💦

Your muscles are the pumps that squeeze this fluid into the vessels because the lymph system is passive. It needs a pressure and release action to open the flaps to the ducts and then close them. 🦿

This is why constant gentle movement is crucial to our health and eliminating stuff that needs to EXIT our body. Learn these extremely effective movements in this workshop! 🪄

We will do some gentle massage to the lymph nodes to clear them first - very important. And then we will get into our movement flows to squeeze that fluid into our lymphatic system. 🌀

You will feel relaxed and light as your internal city increases! 🧘

I am reminded of the healing power of stillness. And amazed with people's willingness to try new things for their own well being. ✨

I truly hope that everyone took something from thos deeply relaxing workshop and will continue to utilize these methods to find calm in their every day. 🧘🏼‍♀️

We focused on connecting with the earth to grow our roots in order to feel stable to then extend our branches and open up the world. 🌳

It's one of my favorite things and best for me to get grounded. We will offer another workshop like this with a different theme in July! ☀️

Amy, Sol Seed Yoga and Movement studio owner and certified Yoga instructor, will guide you through supportive, chakra-specific restorative poses with blankets, bolsters, and blocks. Restorative Yoga involves holding poses for 5 to 10 minutes, allowing the physical body to settle in order to connect with deeper layers of your being. Through your energetic centers, you will be guided to feel secure and grounded. Moving into the higher chakras you will feel more and more empowered and enlightened. 🔮

As you settle into total relaxation, Natasha, a certified practitioner of sound healing and vibrational therapy, will create a healing environment through the soothing vibrations and harmonious frequencies of sacred instruments like crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and a gong. You read that right! 👀 I don't teach typical flows. Why?

Because I know better.

I never intended to teach Yoga Asana in the common way.

I'm a rehab professional, with 7 years experience as a physical therapist assistant. I know injuries. I know why they happen and how to heal them. ❤️‍🩹

I've heard enough stories about people who practice Yoga a lot and develop issues. And it's usually the same reason for everyone. 🌀

Not enough joint mobility, strength to control full range of motion, and repetitions of movements.

Fast flows, long holds, pushing into mobility or passively stretching - these are not productive training practices. 🤦🏼‍♀️

I'm a believer in sharing information if you have it - even if it goes against the "heard mentality." Perhaps being an instigator, thought generator, habit breaker is my Dharma.🔥 I'm starting to feel like it is.

I knowww Yoga flows are so fun! I like flowing too! And yes they are good for focus, relaxation, literally getting into flow state mentally. 🧠

I have found myself drifting away from the typical Yoga classes because it just isn't helping me make progress physically anymore. I need to focus more on strength and weight lifting. 🏋🏼‍♀️

My Yoga practice is pranayama and meditation every day. 🧘🏼‍♀️ And always observing myself and seeing if I'm acting in a non-harming way. 💫

✨YES this will help with your issue! WHY? Because all conditions are caused by one root problem.

Decreased circulation. 🌊 You can call this many things - flow, vibration, movement, energy etc. 🌀

💠When things don't move well they get stuck right?
🔹An injury or just lack of movement can cause your lymphatic circulation to be disrupted.

💠When the fluid is stagnant you can't ELIMINATE the stuff that should be getting out of your body.
🔹Normal cellular waste, dead cells, environment pollutants, toxic chemicals, viruses.

💠Lymphatic fluid picks up all that waste and sends it to your blood stream to then be expelled out of your system.
🔹In one way or another.

💠If that stuff doesn't leave your body it gets stuck somewhere in your tissues and that turns toxic.
🔹 INFLAMMATION station baby.

💠This inflammation can move around to different places within your body. It doesn't just sit in one place. Toxicity is a systemic problem not an isolated one.
🔹This might be why your shoulder hurts but you really need better circulation behind your knee.

💠All this can turn into more complex issues like brain fog, inability to gain strength, unexplainable stress or fatigue, constant aches, SWELLING is a big one... bloated anyone?
🔹Dead cells & viruses that stay stuck in our body wreck havoc on all of our systems.🦠

💠Proper lymphatic circulation ensures that all this stuff leaves the body in its natural cycle.
🔹When the system is clean then the body can work on thriving!

✨This workshop will focus on massage techniques to make sure that the lymph nodes are cleared. Some methods only globally move the fluid towards the heart. Learn why you HAVE to clear your lymph node bundles first.
