Back to the Mat: Yoga, Puppy Life & Becoming a Mimi.
Life gets full—trust me, I know. Between welcoming a sweet new puppy and becoming a first-time grandmother (such a joy!), my own self-practice slipped. Aside from the occasional yoga stretch or Sun Salutation, I hadn’t had a full practice in a while—and that’s okay.
The beautiful thing about yoga is that we can always recommit. Even just 10 or 15 minutes a day can help us stay grounded, present, and connected.
If you’ve fallen out of rhythm too, I’m here to support you. I’m offering private yoga sessions on Thursdays—virtually or in person—plus virtual yoga classes on Tuesdays at 8am starting August 6th.
Let’s commit (or recommit) together—your practice is always here for you, and so am I. 💛
