One of my favorite things about belly dance is that it is for Every Body, it's meant to express your individual sparkle ✨️

Of course, belly dance is a great abdominal workout, but you'll also find leg and arm strength are improved. Annnnd belly dancing works your mind, big time! And the best part is it's playful, so all that work isn't a grind - it's grand!! 🌟
