Lily holds a BS in Herbal Science from Bastyr University, giving her a strong foundation in both plant science and clinical practice.
She is passionate about wildcrafting, growing and formulating high quality plant medicines as well as using her knowledge as a foundation to teach and aide others on their healing journey.

Offerings at fiddlehead spa and apothecary:

Herbal Wellness Consultations

In each consultation, she will discuss your health goals, history, and lifestyle. Based on this, she will create a tailored wellness & herbal protocol designed to support your body, mind, and spirit. Whether you're seeking help for an acute issue or long-term wellness, she’ll guide you in safely incorporating herbs into your daily routine, helping you cultivate a deeper connection with the plants that nourish and restore your health.

Lily’s goal is to empower you to feel balanced, vibrant, and connected to the natural rhythms of your body. Consultations can now be booked in person in Gold Beach, or remotely over zoom.

Initial Herbal Intake Consultation – $50
* 45-60 minutes
* A deep-dive into your health story, goals, and current concerns
* Review of lifestyle, diet, and body systems
* Personalized herbal recommendations (teas, tinctures, salves, or other preparations)
* Lifestyle guidance to support healing
* Written summary & plan after your appointment
Follow-Up Consultation – $25
* 20–30 minutes
* Check-in on progress and changes
* Adjust or refine your herbal protocol as needed
* Space for new concerns or questions

Lily will be working the apothecary & spa and will also be managing our our herbal tea & kava bar which will be open during the off season by event only. We will announce our summer hours for tea and kava bar for the busy season.

THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

We want to say thank you to everyone who has jumped online and ordered from our small business! We had almost $1000 in orders go out today which is HUGE for us ! We hope the momentum keeps growing!

We do have a few updates about online orders-

A lot of our products are made to order to maintain an extended shelf life once it reaches you! So your product stays fresh longer. With more orders coming in we are changing our policy to a minimum processing time of 7 days before shipping

Thank you all for your unwavering support and thank you to everyone supporting us locally and throughout the other states. It feels so good to see products going to so many different places!

Our second nature class 🌿

Children were able to explore the vibrant world of natural dyeing! And got to learn how to create beautiful, eco-friendly fabrics using berries and plant materials to achieve a variety of stunning colors. They also experimented with imprinting techniques using fresh leaves and twigs to add unique textures and designs to their creations. This engaging class encourages creativity and teaches kids the art of working with nature & each other to create memories and beautiful art.

Thank you to all the kids who participated we had a great time and we definitely loved the picnic table !
