Telephone outages are currently affecting incoming and outgoing calls to CHN’s Patient Contact Center (541.412.2000) and Curry Medical Center in Brookings. Please consider sharing this information on your page or in local groups to help disseminate this important update.

CHN is in contact with the phone carrier, and the issue is under investigation. At this time, there is no estimated time for resolution.

Updates will be shared as more information becomes available.
