Helping people find the light through the darkness with a comprehensive & individualized program to support, guide and empower them to find their internal state of peace. My uniqueness comes in the form of my experiences and education. Over my lifetime, I have experienced many personal losses. This has made me familiar with the grieving process. The fact that many loved ones have “graduated” from
their humanness and moved on to the spirit world, as well as being caretaker for several people during home hospice, has given me a perspective on death, and grief, that provides me with tools to help others navigate grief in their time of need. My 25-year marriage and education have also provided a wealth of knowledge on how to effectively communicate in relationships of all sorts. Communication is a skill that helps in all aspects of one’s life. My passion and “superpower”, as I tease, is helping people who are lost in the darkness, find the light, the hope, and the desire to keep going. I accomplish this by supporting individuals experiencing feelings of anxiety, brokenness, defeat, emptiness, hopeless, joylessness, feeling lost, and an overall feeling of “just existing.”. I am successful working with individuals like this because I know first-hand the feeling of having nowhere to turn, no one being able to help you feel better (as much as they try), getting up every day and going through life as if in a fog, nothing having meaning, & feeling numb. I struggled my way out of this “pit” on my own without outside support. I tried exercise, meditation, hypnosis, therapy and so much more and nothing seemed to work. I then, being angry at God, traveled my own path to spirituality. I read and took classes about crystals, chakras, Angels, reiki, manifestation, astrology, and shamanic healing, just to name a few. Slowly, I began to feel better. I am still on my path of healing and have found my passion for helping people. This perspective and experience have led me to who I am as a coach and mentor. I can hold space for people in this state of being on a deeply unique level. As a coach/guide, I provide support and education to my clients by allowing individuals to be where they are, hold space, listen, use my intuition, give intuitive input. My clients learn how to gain access to their higher self, where they can learn how to access what it is they need, and access healing. It is be a blended partnership to encourage and facilitate learning and healing. We also concentrate on the importance of communication and tools that will empower them to communicate effectively with love and compassion.
