We were so excited to show off the remodel at the clinic today. 2 new treatment rooms and a door from the waiting room to the treatment space with a keypad. The code is posted for parents to access the bathroom.

As a reminder, all sessions on 11/10 are teletherapy only. We will be answering phones in the office if you need assistance logging in. Construction is moving right along and we are excited to have a door between our treatment area and waiting room AND 2 additional treatment rooms.

Looking for research participants who have a diagnosis of Autism, Specific Learning Disability (reading or writing), Hearing Impairment, or Mixed Expressive Receptive Language Disorder. Message me or email me for more details.

I also may have spots open for participants without a diagnosis.

Candidates are chosen by the company and not everyone who volunteers will be chosen. They usually have too many 'typical' candidates and need more with 'diagnosis' for their data.

Let me know if you know anyone interested! Testing will be at Rogue Pediatric Therapies office in Gold Hill over the next few weeks, mostly on a weekend.

We have a new Speech Therapy Assistant (SLPA) joining our staff in June in person! If you are looking for speech therapy for the summer, contact us now! Some evaluations will still be virtual to fill the caseload. Appointments starting June 30 through the end of August with teletherapy appointments available after August.

Depending on pouches multiple times per day can lead to poorly developed jaws, sensory motor issues with textures, and poor chewing. This is something we address with many of our feeding clients.

Using a spoon works different muscles and helps develop a good swallow. A pouch is a bottle in disguise.
