We teamed up with to run a high-performance testing day focused on what really matters for soccer athletes:

Speed, power, and movement quality

Each athlete was put through a series of tests, including:

👟 30-Meter Sprint – to measure top-end speed

💨 5-10 Agility Test – to assess quickness and change of direction

📈 Countermovement Jump on Force Plates – to evaluate explosive power and lower-body symmetry

🧠 Hip Pain & Movement Screen – to identify potential red flags and help keep athletes on the field
