What is hot yoga?
At SpaceFlow it’s is a strong power flow in 90 degrees with infrared heat radiating throughout!

But did you know that “hot yoga” is a derivative of Bikram yoga? When scandal broke out over Bikram yoga many studios changed the description of their classes to “hot yoga” since the classical Bikram flow is practiced in over 100 degrees 🔥

While we don’t get above 90 at the studio you are still guaranteed a sweat session!

All are welcome. First class is free!
