Quick Curry Crock Pot Chicken
1 package of four chicken thighs cut in quarters
1 package of diced vegetables (about 12 oz)
2 cups of potato leek soup
3 tablespoons of curry power (adjust to taste)
Salt & Pepper
Mix in crockpot, set the time on low and enjoy with rice.
