Chair yoga and line dancing I have started a chair yoga and line dancing class in Golden Valley.

We are off to a great start at chair yoga and line dancing at the GPLO community building!!!

It is not too late to join this session and get some great health benefits. It runs until 12/20. Wednesday and Friday at 9am! Class fee is $2.

By popular request, starting 10/9, chair yoga will be from 9 to 9:45. Line dancing from 9:45 to 10:15. I will keep the class fee at $2 for now.

Don't forget our Chair Yoga and line dance classes at the GPLO building on the corner of Verde and 68 every Wednesday and Friday morning at 9 AM.
Class fee is $2 for 1 class or both classes.
Chair Yoga has many benefits like improving flexibility, better strength, improves muscle tone, improves circulation, reduces stress, helps blood pressure and more. Line dancing is good for your brain, memory, and co-ordination, and it's fun!
Come start your day with some great people and get some exercise and have a little fun!
