Michael is our new Market Development Director, helping families connect with trusted in-home care and building strong community partnerships across the Twin Cities.

Here’s how he describes his work:

"I connect families and referral partners to Amada’s in-home care services and education. My background includes community outreach and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) implementation at UCare, giving me a practical lens for both relationships and follow-through. I focus on strengthening ties with hospitals, senior living communities, and placement partners, and I love demystifying long-term care insurance so families can use benefits with confidence. Above all, I aim to make each handoff seamless, so seniors receive compassionate support when they need it most."
