Each month, Amada Senior Care Twin Cities is proud to honor a caregiver who goes above and beyond for the clients and families we serve. Our Caregiver of the Month represents the heart of Amada: comforting, competent, communicative, committed, compassionate, and confidently humble.

This month, we are thrilled to recognize Cathleen, a caregiver whose dedication spans more than 40 years and whose heart for service truly shines. 💙

Cathleen began her caregiving journey right out of high school as a live‑in caregiver, inspired by personal experience and a family legacy of care. After a serious car accident at age 16, Cathleen experienced firsthand the power of compassionate caregiving when her mother cared for her. Combined with the influence of her grandmother, a registered nurse, this experience shaped her lifelong commitment to helping others.

Known for her reliability, attention to detail, and willingness to step up whenever needed, Cathleen consistently goes above and beyond, often picking up additional shifts and supporting both clients and teammates.
