✨ Professional milestone:

I officially passed the Certification Exam for Structural Integration (CESI) through International Association of Structural Integrators (R), and I am now a Board Certified Structural Integrator (BCSI).

This exam is not required to practice Structural Integration/Rolfing, but it is an internationally respected way to demonstrate a deeper level of competency, continuing education, and commitment to high professional standards within the field.

I’m proud of this step, and grateful to keep growing in the work I care so much about.

What an amazing and fulfilling weekend at Caldac Convention! 💫

Thank you to everyone who stopped by my booth, shared stories, and chatted about all things fascia, movement, and body awareness. It was such a joy to connect with so many dancers and movement-lovers, and I’m truly grateful for your curiosity and energy.

A special shout-out to the workshops by Karel Flores, Samuel Funflow, Fadi Fusion and Rafa Gonzalez — your attention to detail, your language of movement, and the way you speak about embodiment and creativity deeply inspire me. As a Rolfer, I love how your teaching style mirrors the language of connection, integration, and conscious movement that we use in Rolfing. It's why I love working with dancers so much and what fuels my commitment to spreading the benefits of Rolfing throughout the dance community.

And as an added bonus to the weekend, I had so much fun in my performance! It was a privilege to be on stage, sharing space with my team and I am grateful for the challenge to be a part of a beautiful choreography by
