Interesting article, sharing since I work in Workplace wellbeing. Perks are nice but people want the same things as always... Fair compensation, job security (ill save this one for another post), schedule flexibility, and a culture of respect.

In Chinese Medicine, the five elements—fire, earth, wood, water, and metal—connect everything: our organs, the seasons, emotions, senses, and colors. This illustrates the interconnectedness of ourselves and the world around us.

Spring is the season associated with the Liver, and the element of Wood governs the flow of energy. During this time, the Liver is particularly affected, especially by wind, which can disrupt its balance.

This year has been especially windy, particularly in the U.S.

It’s a good opportunity to reflect on what triggers your frustrations and irritations. Holding onto these emotions can stagnate vital energy and hinder personal growth and expansion.

Karma and the Akashic Records: A Journey of Soul Evolution
Karma, often simplified as 'what goes around comes around,' is a concept with roots in ancient Sanskrit. It literally translates to "action" and emphasizes the principle of cause and effect. We often turn to the concept of karma when feeling lost or at a crossroads, seeking understanding and guidance.
Past life experiences, as experienced in the Akashic Records, can significantly influence our present-day interactions. For instance, an immediate and intense reaction to someone, whether positive or negative, might stem from a karmic connection rooted in a past life experiences.
To understand our soul's journey, we cant bypass our current life experiences of recognizing and addressing recurring patterns, identifying our unique talents and gifts, and understanding how our actions in this life contribute to our overall growth and evolution.

I'm almost finished with a "Moon Energy Chart" for kinesiology testing. The questions can be used in the Akashic Records and can also be used as journal prompts. February 2025 is particularly interesting, as the Full Moon occurs on February 13, and the New Moon falls on the last day of the month.
