Reiki and Healing Touch are both forms of energy healing. Reiki is Japanese and therefore Eastern in origin. Healing Touch is a Western interpretation of energy healing. Reiki is more spiritual in its approach and Healing Touch is more clinical and practical in its approach. Both modalities work with the energy in and surrounding your body. Both are holistic in nature as energy work heals on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level.
