Last year I purchased an . I was one of the best purchases I ever made. It cost over $2000! My membership expired and Costs $180 per year! Without the membership you loose every single feature available. Now I have to turn it on manually every night. It won’t even turn on by itself anymore. Not only is this thing extremely expensive they want almost a tenth of the cost every year for the most basic features. The is appalling. I understand loosing data insights and other features, but now it won’t even turn on by itself. Ridiculous! The company should be ashamed of this money grab.
