We’ve been keeping a few exciting secrets, and we can finally let you in on the big news. 2026 is officially our "Golden" year.

New Name, Same Care✨

Yes, Connect Physical Therapy and Pilates is evolving! To better reflect our deep roots here in town and the "gold standard" of movement we strive for every day, we are officially rebranding as Golden PT & Pilates.

You’ll start seeing our new look on our website, on social media, and around the studio over the next few weeks. Please be patient with us, we have lots of updates to do until the new name is reflected in all our communication.

Don't worry—while the name is new, the faces, the expertise, and the supportive community you love are still at the heart of what we do!

Meet Corinne Buffham! ✨
If you’ve seen a bright smile across the studio, that’s Corinne! She’s originally from Minnesota, so don't be surprised if you hear a little "Uff da" or some classic slang every now and then. After being diagnosed with severe disc disease, Pilates was the only thing that finally cleared her chronic pain. Now a STOTT-certified pro and a true "Pilates believer," she loves helping our clients find that same relief and get back to moving again! But listen to her explain it!

I’m sad to share that this was my reality today. Except it didn’t feel like reality it felt like a nightmare. We are safe but not ok. Our sense of safety has been taken away today. I am heartbroken and heartened by the outpouring of love and care and concern and saddened by the reality that we are now part of an ever growing community of school shooting survivors. More love, more compassion, more talking please. Less hatred, judgement and yelling. Our kids need to know that we are taking their wellbeing seriously - we are invested in making the world a kinder place. Please hug your loved ones closer, reach out to someone you haven’t spoken to in a while, and think about how to help those around you who are struggling the most. With love and lots of gratitude ❤️

Talk about starting from scratch. No where to go but up I suppose and I guess a different kind of reset than what I was looking for. More rest, one day at a time, and a need to reconnect with my positive attitude. 🙃
