Our 6-week Ski Conditioning Jumpstart is designed for active adults who are already dreaming of the snow and are looking to start their ski season strong.
Whether you're a weekend warrior or planning to chase powder days all winter, this small-group program blends Pilates-based strength training, mobility, and stability work—all tailored to the specific demands of skiing and snowboarding.
Our focus on quality movement will help you feel more powerful on the mountain (and less achy the day after). This isn't your average fitness class—it's professional-level care designed to help you train with purpose, protect your body, and maximize your time on the slopes.
What’s Included:
-12 small-group sessions
-2x/week for 6 weeks.
-Focused work on leg strength, core stability, balance and agility
-Expert guidance from a team trained in both movement and physical therapy principles
-Supportive community of like-minded, active adults
