On Friday, August 29th, 2025, we congratulate Dr. Timothy J. Lehman on his retirement after more than two decades in orthopedic care. Since 1999, Dr. Lehman has cared for patients in Colorado with expertise in sports medicine, arthroscopic surgery, and orthopedic trauma. For the past 11 years, he’s been an important part of our Panorama team, known not only for his surgical skill but also for his thoughtful, patient-first approach. His leadership and mentorship have made a lasting difference in our community and within our practice. Beyond his work at Panorama, Dr. Lehman has served as Medical Director of Orthopedics at Littleton Adventist Hospital, where his guidance shaped both patient care and physician development. His commitment to excellence and compassion for patients has touched countless lives over the years.

After 18 remarkable years with Panorama Orthopedics & Spine Center, and more than three decades in practice, we are honored to celebrate the retirement of Dr. Edmund Rowland. Throughout his career, Dr. Rowland has been a cornerstone of our team—specializing in trauma care and complex hand and upper extremity surgery. His skill in managing severe injuries with advanced surgical techniques has made an extraordinary impact on the lives of countless patients. Beyond patient care, Dr. Rowland has shared his expertise as a faculty member with AO North America, training orthopedic surgeons across the country in advanced trauma techniques. His dedication to both healing and teaching has left an enduring mark on the field of orthopedics.
