After an extraordinary career in orthopedic surgery, Dr. Mark J. Conklin will be retiring on Friday, July 25, 2025. Known for his leadership, innovation, and unmatched dedication to patient care, Dr. Conklin has been a driving force in adult and pediatric foot and ankle surgery for decades. From treating complex deformities to performing hundreds of successful ankle and toe replacements, his work has helped countless patients regain mobility and live pain-free lives. Beyond the operating room, Dr. Conklin has served in numerous leadership roles, including President of Panorama Orthopedics & Spine Center. He has trained under some of the most renowned surgeons in the field and has continued to mentor others with the same passion and excellence. After 33 years of dedicated service in orthopedic medicine, Dr. Mitchell Seemann has retired on June 5, 2025. Since beginning his career at Lakewood Orthopaedic Clinic—now Panorama Orthopedics—in 1992, Dr. Seemann has built a legacy defined by clinical excellence, compassionate care, and outstanding leadership.

From serving as a physician for elite athletes to mentoring the next generation of providers, his contributions have left a lasting impact on both patients and colleagues. As he enters this next chapter focused on family, travel, and coaching future healthcare leaders, we are proud to celebrate all he has accomplished.

🌄Back on the Trails — Together!

After years of dealing with ankle and toe pain, good friends Ann and Karen found their way back to the mountains with help from Dr. Mark Conklin and the team at Panorama Orthopedics. 🥾💪

✨ Ann had a total ankle replacement after multiple injuries that made hiking, skiing, and biking tough.
✨ Karen received a hemi-toe implant to relieve severe arthritis that made walking painful.

Now? They’re hiking, biking, lifting, and living fully again.
