We Suffer So They Don’t Have To: A Conversation About Euthanasia

Euthanasia is one of the hardest topics to talk about - but even harder when you're the one facing the decision.

For many pet guardians, the thought of saying goodbye feels impossible. We want to hold on just a little longer, hoping for a sign, praying for more time. But the reality is, our pets don’t fear death the way we do. They live in the present moment, and when their bodies begin to fail, they trust us to make the most loving choice.

💛 We suffer so they don’t have to. 💛

And yet, even when we make that choice out of pure love, we’re often left with doubt, guilt, and pain.

Did I do it too soon?
Did I wait too long?
Did I make the right decision?

The emotional weight of euthanasia can feel overwhelming. That’s why, this week, I want to open the conversation about this difficult but deeply important topic. We’ll be exploring:
