Karie Phillips is a neurodivergent coach and therapist deeply committed to supporting families as they navigate the unique joys and challenges of neurodivergence. She uses low-demand, high-impact, client-centered activities to create a safe and empowering experience—whether meeting in a family’s home, out in the community, or in her vibrant gym office. A licensed clinical social worker, Karie brings 10 years of experience as an elementary school social worker and over 20 years of working alongside neurodivergent friends, family, students, and adult clients. Her work is fueled by passion for helping every individual feel understood, valued, and confident in their ability to thrive.
