Fluorite with Galena from Nickolaevskiy Mine, Dalnegorsk, Primorsky Krai, Russia. This specimen has two distinct forms of fluorite crystallization, octahedral and cubic. Nestled nicely in the cubic fluorite are spinel-law twinned galena crystals! What a perfect combo from this classic locality!

Elbaite from Karibib Constituency, Erongo Region, Namibia. I love this gemmy little blue and yellow-green tourmaline from Erongo. Part of it has stepped, flat termination and part is angled and etched. It was $600, now on sale for $450!

Here is a superb “Faden” Orthoclase var. Adularia with Chlorite from Val Giuv, Canton Grisons, Switzerland. Some really fine adularia specimens have come out of the Alpine fissures in this glacier-carved syenite! This particular specimen is certainly elegant in its form with an apparent faden connecting the tabular, stacked Adularia crystals. Available for $390.

Zircon, Mount Malosa, Zimbabwe, Southern Region, Malawi. Measures 5x2x3.5cm. This is a great miniature-sized cluster of zircons stacked in a neat shape. The way some of the crystals are stacked almost looks hoppered. This is a nice piece for the species and locality. Ex. Uli Bahmann. Available for $500.

Bella! This blue capped Elbaite from the amazing Aricanga Mine in São José da Safira (MG, Brazil) is just lovely! The termination has this oscillatory zoning, making the blue cap really surprising upon closer inspection. You can see how the fluid changed as the tourmaline was in the final stretches of crystallization. And the way the light illuminates the rest of the crystal… aahhh so good. The greens are so nice. This beauty is currently available, please pm with inquiries.
