The Winter Solstice holds a deep connection to the concept of duality, the interplay between light and darkness, rest and action. It is a time when we are asked to embrace both the shadow and the light within ourselves. The dark of the Solstice represents the quiet, introspective energy needed to process the lessons of the past, while the returning light calls us to step forward with renewed hope and purpose. In this way, the Solstice serves as a reminder of the cyclical nature of existence and the constant ebb and flow of life, death, and rebirth.

Prior to encountering this content, I was unfamiliar with Alex Cooper and the premise of Call Her Daddy, which sparked my curiosity. I am particularly drawn to women who candidly discuss empowerment, self-love, and body positivity, as it facilitates a necessary conversation. It is remarkably refreshing to witness women openly discussing s*x and dispelling the associated stigma. A woman sharing her experiences without apology is a true role model, and I wholeheartedly support this. I highly recommend exploring this content, as it provides a much-needed dose of inspiration to challenge societal norms.
