I believe in balance, so we’ve split this session into two distinct phases:
Part 1: The Warm-Up – We begin with intentional, rhythmic movement to wake up the muscles, build a little heat, and shake off the weekend stagnation.
Part 2: The Melt – We transition into a deep Yin practice. Think long, juicy holds designed to target deep connective tissues and release those stubborn pockets of tension.
Props provided including blocks, bolsters, straps. Props empower you to honor your body’s unique anatomy, ensuring that every pose feels attainable rather than forced so you can meet your body where you are - today.
