Hope to see you all tomorrow at the Freedom Run/Walk. We have some great door prizes from local businesses. BT Simcoe Mountain Coffee, Sieberts Custom Meats, Gypsy Soule Nails, The Goldendale Pharmacy, The Branded B***o, Crush, and Sole to Soul. Registration starts at 7:30. Run/Walk starts at 8 a.m. Don't forget your Red, White and Blue!

Were a little late getting our June spotlight done but here it is...Rhoda Carpenter was nominated because "She's Awesome" She is positive and helpful and a great motivator. Rhonda said her goals are to stay strong and healthy. Being in her 60's she says its a necessity. Her inspiration was a friend who was a bodybuilder and held many titles. Who taught her the importance of taking care of her body and being strong. Her words of encouragement to others would be..."We only have one body. Take care of it and it will take care of you."

Congratulations Rhonda. Keep up the good work.
