Hey everyone! I will be out of the office and practicing healthy work boundaries by giving myself some much needed time off with minimal access to phone or email. I will return all calls and messages when I return to the office. I hope everyone has a great holiday! 🫶🏻

✨90 hours complete! ✨
I started this journey in August and have learned so much. Saying goodbye to my cohort was harder than I expected as I’ve grown in relationship with so many amazing therapists across the world. I’m thrilled to integrate IFS work into my practice as this therapy is so transformative. If you want to learn more, I encourage you to visit the IFS Institute’s website where they go into more detail about IFS and its benefits or find an IFS therapist in your area!

My heart aches for those in western North Carolina experiencing the devastation of Hurricane Helene. People are without basic necessities or have lost everything, including family members. The magnitude of this catastrophic event can create overwhelm or helplessness to know where to start. I encourage to start local as many local schools, churches, businesses, and organizations are taking donations. If able to volunteer, it will be an ongoing effort to rebuild the community in the days, weeks and months ahead. It’s human nature to want to help those in need or suffering and these are ways we can do that. If you or someone you know has been directly affected please reach out as I would like to help with any counseling needs. Western NC is on my heart!

✨ SURPRISE ✨

I am going FULL TIME with my private practice! This means I will be adding a day and now offering AM appointments!

As I step into this new chapter, I have so much gratitude for the journey that has brought me to this point. Sometimes looking back can be quite reverent. This is one of those moments.

Here’s to following the calling I have for people, healing, mental health and wellness. It’s an honor and a privilege getting to do what I love serving my local community as well as the state of North Carolina!
