The Ascension Parish Health Unit will be closed TODAY, December 11 for renovations as we continue making improvements to better serve our community.

📍 TOMORROW, December 12, primary care and immunizations services will be available from the mobile health bus (no WIC services).

Normal operations will resume on Monday, December 15.

This 45-minute, full-body workout includes dumbbell strength training, cardiovascular exercise, and core work — perfect for boosting energy, building strength, and supporting healthy aging.
