I started this journey in 2019. After so many set backs, back biting, lies, you name it, I got real discouraged in the things God called me to. I couldn’t shake the calling though, I couldn’t shake the gap in the mental health field. Christians were being told to just “pray it away” & the therapists who could actually help them who understood that healing is clinical AND spiritual nobody was finding them.

So I built Biblically Sound Therapy.

To breathe again, turn off the noise, to be with God in the quiet places. To ask the questions you’ve been wondering about, to become her anyway, no matter what your life may look like now.

For so long, I thought I had to wait for life to be perfect before I could become the woman God created me to be.

I thought healing had to be complete.
I thought confidence had to be constant.
I thought circumstances had to fall into place.

Here’s what I’ve learned as both a woman on her own healing journey and as a Clinical Christian Therapist:

✨ You don’t have to wait.
✨ You can start becoming her anyway.
✨ Right here. Right now.

It really comes down to three things:
→ Letting God reveal what’s underneath the surface
→ Choosing truth over old stories and lies
→ Taking small steps toward healing, even when it’s hard

Becoming her isn’t about perfection it’s about progress. It’s choosing to show up for the woman you’re becoming, even in the middle of your mess.
