The biggest reason that I became an ambassador for Sensible Meals is because this program is absolutely amazing and effective! I have always struggled to stay committed to a healthy life style change, mostly due the amount of time you have to commit to meal prepping! Being a mother of 3 girls, a wife, a special education teacher, and serving in my church leaves me with little time to prep healthy meals. This program has changed all of that! It is so convenient and every single meal is delicious! I love how "comfort foods" are included weekly. I feel like I'm cheating on days when I get to have waffles for breakfast and chicken pot pie or meatloaf or dinner. I started this program in September of 2016 and have loved every minute! I had a goal of losing about 10 lbs and did so within a few months and have continued to keep it off! I'm looking forward to continuing my journey to be beautifully healthy in 2017 and I would love to take you with me on my journey!
