Before owning the business, Carey was a baseball coach, and the lessons he learned on the field still guide how he leads today. He coaches, teaches, and mentors with purpose; developing people, building strong teams, and helping others grow into their potential. As an author and lifelong teacher, Carey brings wisdom, encouragement, and clarity into every room he walks into.
