Massage

I completed a 1,000 hr Massage Education program in NY and became a licensed massage therapist in 2011.

Massage Therapy has offered me a lot of room for growth and education on the human body. There is such an importance on establishing an open and honest communication between client and therapist. The body has an incredible resiliency to heal and bounce back so there is an importance to use technique and pressure that helps the body continue to reset and heal at its own pace.

Most massages are advertised as basic Swedish or Deep Tissue, but in offering custom massage it allows me to tailor the massage to focus on areas of concern and offer relaxation using Swedish techniques that engage the Central Nervous System so that the body can continue to repair itself.
