Nestled in the heart of Central Virginia, our skilled nursing facility helps ease your transition from hospital to home as you regain your strength. Chelsea offers a comprehensive continuum of specialized care including orthopedic rehab, skilled nursing, Alzheimer’s and dementia care, and wound care. With full-center renovations planned for the very near future, we are proud to be Rehabbing Care™ at Chelsea Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center!
