*Virtual Health Visits*

Are you seeking a more convenient way to access your health care? We are proud to offer an expanded number of virtual health visits, designed to provide safe and accessible care from the comfort of your home. Currently, most virtual visits are conducted via phone, but we are working to introduce video visits soon for an even better experience.

While not all health concerns can be addressed virtually, many can. Virtual visits are ideal for managing common health issues (with the exception of musculoskeletal issues and controlled medication refills). Studies estimate that 20-40% of health visits can be safely managed through virtual care!

To make health care even more convenient, we’ve extended our hours to include appointments during lunch breaks, helping you minimize time away from your work or duty.

Call the Ross Clinic today to find out if your health concerns can be addressed virtually when booking an appointment (325-654-3149). We are committed to providing you with safe, convenient, and high-quality care—when and where you need it!

Ross Clinic Patients,

In honor of National Doctors’ Day, the Ross Clinic would like to highlight one of our own amazing clinicians!

Pediatrician | Leader | Teammate | Strike King 🎳

Today we’re shining a well-deserved spotlight on Dr. Brown, the beloved pediatrician at Goodfellow Air Force Base, whose unwavering dedication has made a lasting impact on the entire Ross Clinic community.

As the sole pediatrician, Dr. Brown expertly managed care for over 1,200 young patients, earning admiration from both families and staff for his compassionate care, tireless work ethic, and ability to put smiles on little faces.

His hard work and dedication propelled the clinic to be labeled as one of the "Best of the Best" DHA pediatric clinics—achieving a remarkable 100% patient satisfaction rating on the Joint Outpatient Experience Survey. His efforts also helped Goodfellow earn the #1 ranking out of 39 clinics in the DHA Central Market for access to care—a reflection of his focus on making quality care available to every patient, every day.

In addition to his clinical role, Dr. Brown serves as the Medical Director for the Immunizations Clinic, where his behind-the-scenes leadership ensures deployment readiness and the safety of the entire Raider population. His influence extends far beyond the exam room—he’s a cornerstone of readiness and resilience for the base.

And, in true Dr. Brown fashion, he’s also the uncontested Best Bowler in the 17th Medical Group—proving once again that excellence follows him wherever he goes.

Thank you, Dr. Brown, for your dedication, heart, and unwavering commitment to your patients, your teammates, the Ross Clinic, and the United States Air Force. You represent the very best of military medicine, and we are honored to serve alongside you. Utah is lucky to have you.

💙 Wishing you all the best in this next chapter—you’ve more than earned it!
