What will 36 years of experience in fitness, and hours and hours of training in fitness, anatomy and physiology get you? An inexpensive functional fitness class that despite being a group setting, will adapt to your level! Beginners- we got you, I explaine, and help you through each exercise. Pros- we got you too, i can adapt up just as easily making sure your form and knowledge get you maximized results!
10 am Monday, Wednesday and Friday at the GAC.
